SYROTECH SFP BIDI 1.25G-2 Kms is Multi-Vendor MSA Compatible SFP (Small Form-factor Pluggable) Transceiver, operating over Single Fiber Multi-Mode Fiber (MMF) optical cable. It has a minimum guaranteed optical budget of 22dB, with in most cases is enough to reach about 2 km distance. However, distance is just an indicative parameter calculated for the comfort of identification. Eventually, we calculate distance taking into account the industry’s minimal optical budget and average attenuation of optical cabling. This transceiver uses a top-quality DFB Laser transmitter operating at a nominal wavelength of 850nm. and 1490nm.
